Larry and Denise Hayes purchased the Pleyto Store property in 2021 and, after completing a series of improvements and renovations, reopened the store for service in September of that year.

Since then, our focus has been simple: bring value and convenience to the people who live and work in this rural community. The Pleyto Store provides everyday food and beverage essentials that help locals avoid a long trip into town. We also offer pay-at-the-pump gasoline and diesel so travelers and residents can fuel up even outside of normal store hours.

Located next to Lake San Antonio’s North Shore, the store also welcomes thousands of visitors during the summer months who come to enjoy the lake lifestyle. Camping, swimming, boating, and fishing are all part of life here, and we strive to be a helpful stop for lake visitors.

Pleyto Store carries many of the items lake travelers need for a great day on the water—lake toys, boat accessories, life vests, and plenty of ice to keep the drinks cold. We also offer RV and boat storage options for those looking for a convenient place to keep their recreational vehicles close to the lake.
